Shipping & Returns


We’re shipping Hand Sanimals out to you Monday through Friday from our small facility in southern Minnesota. You betcha!

All orders incur a $5 flat rate shipping charge and are shipped via USPS First Class Ground.

Shipping Transit Times

While shipping to the continental United States, our current processing time is 3-5 business days. For most orders, we ship USPS First Class. Transit times can vary for all sorts of situations once it leaves our facility. Most customers will receive their order within 1-2 weeks. Tracking is added to all orders at no extra charge to you.

International Orders

Yes, we ship around the world! While in our checkout, your shipping cost will be calculated automatically according to your location.

Business or Commercial Addresses

If you’re shipping to a business or commercial address, please use a first and last name in the address Line 1 field, or it will be held back until it’s verified that the order is going to an individual and not a business.

Refused Or Undeliverable Packages

Please try to verify your address as correct before shipment, and please don’t refuse the package. Refused or undeliverable packages may incur return shipping fees based on the original shipment method used. A deduction will happen on orders marked as undeliverable, refused, or as insufficient address. Refused, insufficient address, or undeliverable packages will be refunded, minus all shipping charges and an $8 undeliverable fee, which will be deducted from your original payment. If you would like a new item, please create a new order with the desired item or items. Please see Exchanges below.

Updating Order Information

Unfortunately, we do not have the ability to change your order once it has been placed. We ask that you confirm that your shipping details are correct before ordering, because we are not be able to edit your order once it has been processed.

Combining Orders

Unfortunately, we can’t combine multiple orders.

Lost + Stalled Packages

If the USPS tracking number is reporting a successful delivery but you have not received the package, please contact the carrier, USPS, at 1-800-222-1811. Hand Sanimals LLC can’t take responsibility for lost or missing packages that have been reported as successfully delivered to the shipping address provided with your order. We can’t issue refunds on lost packages at this time. USPS may be able to escalate and investigate your specific situation.

Sometimes a package may “stall” while in transit. We recommend making a personal claim with USPS at the number above, or via email on their website.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns will be accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery of your item. It must be in new, original condition to be eligible for return. Please reach out to our customer service team via our Contact Us form to initiate the return process. Unfortunately, returns initiated after 7 calendar days of delivery will not be accepted.

Customers will need to pay for their own return shipping on all orders.

It may take up to 7-10 business days at the start of its arrival at our facility for your return to be processed.

Funds can’t be returned to your account until the product has been received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Any item received that is not in new condition will not be refunded and the customer will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to send the item back to them if they choose to keep it.

If you received an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, you may be eligible for a custom return process. Please make sure to include this information in your message to our customer service team.

We do not accept exchanges. Please return the unwanted item per the Return process above, and create a new order for the item you would like to receive.
